Josie has been a landlord for the past 6 years, and decided to open her new company to serve Charlotteans that need to move, but can’t afford to or don’t want to sell their houses at the current market values. She brings the same work ethic and zeal to this new business as she does to her work with buyers and sellers!
Josie has been very active in Charlotte’s Social Media Community, and loves the way that technology has reduced barriers to knowledge. “People can ask for help on Twitter or Facebook, and there is always someone else with the knowledge and expertise that will quickly step up and help!
