Ignite Charlotte showcases a diverse selection of talks by members from the Charlotte community. The event draws an 18+ years young audience from all corridors of Charlotte.

Ignite Charlotte is a yearly event organized by dedicated volunteers, and sponsored by local community non-profits, businesses and entrepreneurs. 

Become A Sponsor of Ignite Charlotte 8

100% of the sponsorship funds and ticket sales go to costs associated with leasing the venue, security, insurance, production equipment, printing materials, event related supplies, and other costs, including food and beverage for volunteers and speakers.

  1. Select a sponsorship level and contact us with your choice.
  2. Our sponsorship coordinator will respond to any questions you may have while sending you some basic information on how we roll.
  3. A PayPal invoice can be generated and sent to you for processing via check or credit card. At the time of invoicing, we’ll also instruct you on how to provide the following items if appropriate:
    • Name of sponsor representative(s) that will be in attendance at Ignite Charlotte 8 on May 17, 2018.
    • Video file of your commercial if applicable
    • Logo file specifications
    • Information we’ll need for your Better Know A Sponsor blog post if applicable

FAQ’s:

Can sponsors give away promotional items or product samples during the event? Yes for Icebreaker & Platinum sponsors as referenced. 

How about “VIK” sponsorship? We look forward to having value-in-kind sponsors that can help us with venue rental, meals for speakers and volunteers, printing services, hd video cameras and/or camera operators, two wireless mics, and/or tables and chairs should the need arise. Contact us to work out the details.

Can sponsors get reserved seats for their friends and co-workers? We plan on setting aside reserved seats for sponsors as referenced above. A “Reserved” sign with the company name will be placed in either the second or third rows, near the center or end, close to the stage or, based on the selected venue, in the best viewing position possible.Save
