IGNITE CHARLOTTE SPONSORSHIP
Ignite Charlotte is a Not-for-Profit event organized by dedicated volunteers whose primary goal is to create fun and educational events for the local technology, arts and communications groups in our community. One hundred percent (100%) of sponsor dollars go toward leasing the venue, insurance, production equipment and other costs associated with putting on this type of event.
WHY SPONSOR IGNITE CHARLOTTE?
Ignite Charlotte will showcase the amazingly diverse talents and interests of members in the Charlotte community. It is organized entirely by unpaid volunteers, and our sponsors truly make this event possible.
For your part in supporting Ignite Charlotte, sponsors will be recognized in many ways on our website and at the venue. Sponsor logos are projected on the screen before, during intermission and after the event, while a logo will appear on the Sponsors page of our website. If you have brochures or swag you’d like to distribute the night of Ignite Charlotte we’ll have a place for you to set up for that as well. Attendance for Ignite Charlotte is expected to be standing room only.

FAQ’s:
Can sponsors give away promotional items or product samples during the event? It is our intention to allow a dedicated table for our Corporate level sponsor. Small Business and Non-profit sponsors can place their items on the Ignite Charlotte information table. We can go into further details when we speak to you at greater length.
How about ‘Value-In-Kind’ sponsorships? We look forward to having value-in-kind (VIK) sponsors that can help us increase awareness, volunteer onsite, help us with staging equipment like video cameras, wireless mics, confidence monitor and video editing services to name a few. It’s all based on it being a good fit so let’s talk more about the possibilities of VIK sponsorship. Contact us and we’ll get the ball rolling; info@ignitecharlotte.org
Can sponsors get reserved seats for their friends and co-workers? We plan on setting aside, reserving seats for sponsors in specific sections based on sponsorship level. Of course the corporate sponsor will be in a section closest to the stage with the other levels to follow accordingly.
